My personal two favorites:

Greater demons are pretty good training, and are pretty fun. They are just stronger than some easier xp monsters. For sure my favorite slayer task as well.

For easy fast xp try the Red Spider cave area of the stronghold of security. Rock crabs are fast xp too, I'm lvl 105 also and I'll train there occasionally just because I dont have to bring armor, or food.

I'll give you a 7/10, pretty nice. Try to get that fletching to 99 though

bandit camp with guthan armor= boooost

well since your decent combat stats i'd say start training slayer and u can get your att and def up that way and get slayer helm asap + pick up all charms this will be useful in the long run

Like what a lot of people have said, bandits and guthans...you can sit there and not have to bank very much, also Ghouls are a decent place to train if you just keep killing them. I have maxed melee and i mainly got it from slayer and auto retaliate monsters.
