And they wonder why kids our age end up so **** up and end up shooting up schools or killing their parents. This is horrible why would any parent in the right mind strike their child. Have they not known that you will just lose your child's love if you beat them. I see this and it makes cringe because I used to be beaten by my mother and my father would just simply support it and stand by it. I would lie once to my parents and I ended up with a black eye and bruised ribs and my back had slash marks from the belt. I was only 8 I will never forgive them for hitting me sometimes for no reason I still love them because they are my parents but they will never have full love from me. I guess that's why I don't have good communication with them they have scared me to the point that even now (I'm 19 now) I can't talk to them if I ever have a child I will never raise my hand at them or hit them. I believe in words not physical hurting the child.

words as discipline. thats why kids today end up doing drugs, being prostitutes, being criminals. they never had any real discipline.
