Due to massive changes in the game code, there have been problems with certain players. these players have problems logging in, and sometimes loading certain areas. Jagex has just recently announced that they will be releasing a quick fix in the meantime for this, and a bigger full fix at a later date. If you have a problem with this, please be patient there's nothing you can do, just let the server fix it's self and you'll be on in no more than 2 hours.

We'll all just have to sit back and chillax for a while. Really sucks though. An hour of play lost is 7+ Armies ranks lost.
