^Brainwashed by activision. Lol they can't fine you for playing a game that you paid for, now they could if you pirated it but that has nothing to do with you playing it early, just the fact that it's an illegal copy.

Also if you aren't on xbox live there's almost no way for them to tell you are playing the game.

My advice is if you really cant wait then play but make sure your offline kk
