It can't be coincidence that it was announced last week on the day that Battlefield 3 went on sale in the States, and premiered today just as Uncharted 3 hits the shelves.

Next Tuesday marks the arrival of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3, not just set to be the biggest game of the holiday season, but quite possibly of all time as well. Don't bet against Rockstar attempting to steal that game's considerable thunder too.

You could be Right
They Could of Started Developing the game when GTA IV Came out
if thats it Im Taking my Preorder off other Game and Geting it

I'm expecting Jan 2012, and then a delay till March.

However, no they couldn't have started developing it after IV came out for two important reasons.

1) They still had to develope / finish developing The Lost and the Damned, and then move onto The Ballad of Gay Tony.

2) The game would have to be in pre-production for a few months before ANY type of code development could even be seriously considered.

With these in mind, I'd expect it was in pre-production just before / after the release of GTA IV, giving them their full coding strength when it would be needed a few months later.

Just my 2 cents on the matter.

But they Werent Introduced Untill like 5 or 6 months After Release [i think D:]
but they were Probaly working on the DLC's
