ooler Master Case with dust filters- Case has lots of room for upgrades!
*New* Geforce gtx 240 1gb graphics card
*New* 4 GB RAM
160 GB Hard drive
200 watt power supply
AMD 64 dual-core processor +4000, 2.11 ghz
Windows XP home edition
Graphics card and memory are less than 1 year old. XP was installed to better run Final Fantasy Online but the system will run windows 7 with no problems.
I will be puting windows 7 on it and the cost is 300$ with a 19" lcd display and keyboard.

My local craigs is it somewhat decent for gaming? like cod 4-5-6 league of legends and wow? i am in need of a upgrade from my dell insprion 9400 05 stock :p

Nvidia GeForce 7100 integrated @ 512mb(there is a 1gb PCI video card installed)(i don't use the integrated graphics)
There are ports out the wazooo (HDMI ports, usb ports, card reader, ethernet, Esata and more.)

The PSU wattage, Processor clock speed, and HDD are a bit too low-end to see any real gaming experience in your future. I would go with the second build that you posted, but try looking for something without integrated graphics.

the second builds card is a ASUS ENGT220/DI/1GD2(LP) is it better? i may go with it. and i am willing to put around another 150$ into it

If you're just using this as a home computer, yes. Let's hope you have no intentions of playing newer games at todays resolutions. Most people have replaced their 260's, never-mind a single 240. There is no room for upgrades due to the PSU/MOBO.

In that case, save up a few more hundred and build a PC. That's a $300 paper-weight. You get what you pay for.
