They keep telling me they do not have the power to give new codes. I want a Physical Warfare code, a SPECACT code, and the dog tags code for the Xbox 360!

But they haven't even asked me for the code I tried or anything. I tell them that I have pictures of a preorder receipt (my preorder receipt for MW3, luckily the text is faded in the important areas ;D) and they still say the cannot help me.
