Try telling them the info before they respond, include where u got the game, the broken code or tell them that u didn't get it and it console

Here's my online pass code if any of you guys need a code that Live Support hasn't seen yet
(this code was from my boxed game) Y9P37-PGHH6-FDR23-YT2Y4-6XPPZ (xbox 360)
EDIT: I just got my Dog Tag code but forgot to get a picture of it before closing, I'll try to see if I can get a history of the chats and post some codes.
