How To Make/ Render/Upload Your Intro On C4D FullyExplainedPosted:

Making The Intro

First you want to open up cinema 4d if you dont have it i will put a download at the bottom of this post.

then you will get this screen:

First you would want to make a text so go to the sqiggly line box

hold it down till you get more suggestions

Then click on the text button and you should get this on your screen.

then you want to go down to the right hand side and you will see this.

click object.

Now you want to change what you want it to say click were it says text to change this.

Now if you want to make this text 3D you have to go to this box.

hold it down again so you get more suggestions.

then click extrude NURBS.

then you should get it on the right hand side.

drag the text up to extrude NURBS so the arrow points down, so it should look like this.

then you want to double click here:

then this should pop-up.

then you want to double click on this.

Then this should pop-up.

Then you can play around with the settings, once that is done it should look something like this, with a preview in the corner.

Then you want to x outta that box to come back to this screen.

Then go down to the bottom corner again and drag it to the text so it should end up like this.

If you press the button at the top you can preview what it will look like.

Mine at the moment looks like this.

Now you want to have a light on it to show it out a bit more so click this button.

Hold it down so you get more suggestions.

Then click on the light button.

Then this should appear.

so you want to drag the blue arrow back, so it should look at bit like this.

If you use the preview button again you will see a change.

Now you will want to start doing the camera

Hold this down to get more suggestions once again.

Then click the camera button.

Now you will see this come up.

Now click, Cameras, Scene Camera, Camera.

Then Click Camera, Now it will be easy to and you are now in more control of it, Now you will have to move around to see different views of the text so use these buttons.

Now i am in this view because this is going to be the beggining of my intro.

Now you want to change how long you want your intro so change this the more you have the longer it will take to render your intro.

Now you want to click the first button out of these once you have the start of your intro.

then you want to move it from zero to how long you want the piece to move.
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Then move to the place where you want it to move to in the intro.

Then you want to do this Now you want to click the first button out of these again.

Then move it to a different keyhole(a key hole is

)
so you see in my picture above it has a cube like thing under 0 and 20.
Now you want to change the view again to what you want it to look like in the intro.

No keep doing this till you have no space in your keyholes, like the picture below.

Now if you think it is ready press play and if it dont move start it again if not read on we will have to start rendering.

Click the 3rd button and it should come up with this, copy these settings for the best

Now for this bit if you go to the bottom you will need this because this is important.

The impotant info is need here were it says from you should put 0 and were it says to put the important info there so it should look something like this.

Now click go to the save area.
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

And this should come up, copy these settings.

Then go to the browse button, the button at the end, and choose were you want to save it.

Now hit the x button once you have saved it were you wanted it.
Now click the render button the middle button.

Then this will come up.

That is the rendering screen this could take up to 3-4hours depending on how many keyholes there are.


Now for the Uploading
first you will have to open your internet.

Goto you address bar and type Mediafire.

Then this page will load up.
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Once your rendering has finished it will be were you saved it E.G mine was at my desktop.

Then you want to to restore down the page on mediafire, the middle button.
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Then you want to drag the video you just rendered into mediafire where it says drag and drop.
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Then it will start uploading.

When it is done it will say thios copy the link and send it to people.

Or instead of uploading it to Mediafire.com you can upload it to youtube.
