ok so xbl messege me saying " we have got a call saying that you are not the rightful owner of the account" but i am ! so they ask me for the pasword but i changed it and i forgot it ! so they said there going to take my account.! what should i do ???????

Microsoft will never ask for your password just sign into xbox .com and change your password and stop talking to the people who are asking for your account..

Its just a scam dude it would'nt come up as a message if it were them it would appear as soon as you sign in and if it was Microsoft it would just say Xbox live.
