Ok so i started a game in sims 3 for the first time and ive seen people create there own houses but when i go on it to buy land i cant i can only buy premade houses. Help please i cant see any land to buy!

I believe you have to get further into the game.

i think some how you can demolish your own house and rebuild it but im not sure as i havent play sims 3 in a long time
