12th forum i have posted this on... no one seems to be nice enough to reply ( all leech no help?)
Anyways here is my problem..

My friend wants to host a system link game and i cant connect to him. He installed the No ping patch and im still unable to connect. I port forwarded port 30000, did the configuration correctly, i find the games and many others but when it comes to connect to them i cant. Anyone know why?? Both my Xbox and my PC are wired by ethernet to my router.

Btw what happens in the game is when i join it goes " Attempting to join game 1...2...3..4, and at 4 i get an error"

u guys both need it running and be in a game with each other and it only goes about 5 miles

then what is the point of a ping patch when u need to be 5 miles near somebody... thats like a 3 minute drive lmao.... you could keep ur ping below 30ms if you lived that close unless you have a crappy internet connection
