Hello i am the creator of KBG(Kold Blooded Gamers). We are a gaming community that just started up. KBG is a fun community where everyone is friendly and ready to have fun. In KBG you can have the choice to be a MEMBER or a LEADER. If you choose to be a member you still have to follow the rules and listen to the higher ups. Now if you choose to be a Leader you are expected to be respectful and ready to help out the community. The Ranks:
Pvt: You are now a prospect you have to get one recruit and go to aleast one meeting.
Sgt: To be a Sgt. you need either 5 recruits or a name change. EX- KBG Ghost.
MSgt: To be a MSgt. you need 10 recruits or name change.
1-4 Lieutenants: To be a Lieutenat you need to HAVE a name change and you need to be in KBG for at least 2 weeks.
1-4 Captains: To be a Captain you need to HAVE a name change and you have to have 3 weeks of trainning, so you need Lieutenat trainning.
Major: To be a Major you need at least 5 weeks of trainning. As Major you need to make sure your Captains and Lieutenants are doing there job and trainning lower ranks to become better leaders.
General: You are now the top DOG!!! You need to have at least 2 months of trainning to become a General. As General your job is to make sure you squad is doing good, you are trainning your major to take your spot when promoted and making sure your squad is active.

CoFo: CoFounders job is to watch over two squads and the Squad Tags and report back to the Founder. There should be 5 CoFo's in each Divison.
Founder: Founders job is to train the CoFo and make sure the CoFo is doing his job. The Founder reports back to the Senior Founder.
SnFo: The Senior Founder is in charge of The Founder, his job is to train the Founder and make sure he is doing his job.

CoDiv: CoDivison leader job is to make sure his Divison is running nice and smooth. He needs to make sure that all higher ups arent slacking and make sure there is alot of active members. The CoDiv reports back to the Divison Leader.
Div-Leader: Divison Leader job is to make sure his Divison is running nice and smooth also. He needs to make sure everyone is doing there job and there is activity going on in each squad. The Div-Leader reports back to the Senior Div-Leader
SnDiv: Senior Divison Leader is pretty much the Last rank for a Divison. The SnDiv needs to make sure his Div-leader is being trained and running the Divison good.

Director: The Directors job is to watch over 2 Divisons. He needs to make sure both Divisons are doing good, Leaders are being trained and recruiting is going good. Also he needs to make sure there is alot of activity going on in both Divison. The Director reports back to the Senior Director.
SnDirector: The Senior Director job is to make sure the Directors are doing good with their Divisons and that the Community is ACTIVE and making good LEADERS!!!!

KBG will first start out for MW3, so recruiting wont start until this Tuesday. To join you need to be respectful and 14 years old. When we start growing we will start expanding to other games. We will have a GB team, QS Team and other things later on. Right now we are working on getting a website.
