2) what he does with his time is none of your concern or place to say is right or wrong
3) he wants to help out, so hop off bud and stop trollin. Btw... you want a real design site that has good tuts, youtube and TTG are not top, so when making a bold statement as such, make sure you don't sound like a dumbas* when you do.
