No you cant and wont get banned, we're not sure about the prestige tokens yet though?..

some people need to learn what they are talking about. i am banned from black ops and i am able to play every cod game but blackops. infinity ward and treyarch use different servers anyway. im 11th on cod 4 cod 5 and mw2 no u will not get banned. and even if they do ban u all you have to is call them and say that a friend gave you his xbl account or u didnt know it was happening

I think Robert Bowling said on his twitter that you won't get banned. But you probably won't get the prestige token for that game.

Possibility because in MW3, on your playercard, it shows your prestige emblems from previous CoD games. So, if a Infinity Ward employee sees that, it may cause them to ban you. That, or you will lose a token for World at War.

on your player card, the tenth emblem will appear as if you are 10th on WaW not 11th.
