what did you have on your profile or do to have got banned?

if it is an elite trade it in and get some money of for the new xbox 360 they won't check if its banned from live

I think I'll just save up $150 for the arcade. Or $299 for a PS3. I'm sick of Microsoft.

The things I could've been banned for; I'll name every little thing.
1. I had *** in my bio.
2. I was 10th 70 - hacked of course. Got into lobbies a lot with host - basically had god mode. I did this a lot.
3. I modded my gamerscore.
4. I modded my GT - USED to - haven't in .. 2 months.
5. I was 256 on Castle Crashers? Lmao.
6. My gamertag was force changed eleven times by MS. Now it remains; iStuffYourMom - So I don't think that would be why.

None of these seem.. severe enough to be console banned. But is doesn't say till 12-99-9999 or whatever. It just says banned for ToS violation.
