From what I understand you wouldn't be able to do that with a VISA GIFT CARD, as it is a gift card and wouldn't be getting reloaded.

You have to use a legitimate bank account to use PayPal like that and get verified.

But don't base all your thoughts off my post, I could be wrong, but I think I'm right.

How To Link Visa Vanilla giftcards to paypal guide. Alright first things first if u wanna start using your Visa Vanilla card online you need to get it register. To do this u need to go to the Vanilla Visa website use this link to get to the home page [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] . OK now that your there this step is relatively easy. enter your card number witch is the 16 digit number on the front. OK right below were u entered your "card number" there is a another box that says serial number, OK to find your serial number take your card and flip it over to the back at the bottom left u should see the 9 digit number enter that in. you should be in account history now to the left there should be a bar with different links to the sight right below were it says "account history" you'll see the link "register your card" click it. now your in a page were you can enter your information for online use. enter your information you will need this to get paypal to accept your card.

To make an account go to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] .Once you have made an account it will ask you if you want to add a credit card or bank. Click credit card. now type in the information it ask for and type in the billing information you have entered earlier (see fist step). once you have done this it will ask for a 4 digit confirmation code to confirm your card, to do this u need to go back to vanilla visa.com once there enter card information again (see above). Now stay on account manage meant and scroll down to transaction dates. you will see paypal will have taken a 1.95$ fee but don't worry once you confirm your card it will all transfer back. The 4 digits before paypal are the confirmation number, enter that in and bam your in business. Use your paypal account to pay for stuff online. for those who have a paypal account already look below to see how to add your visa.

If you already have an account this is what you have do. Log in and at the top click my account, now the bar below it will have a few links and at the very right of that bar there is a link that says profile scroll over it and click "add or edit credit card" once in there click add card. now just enter your information and click add at the bottom. now there going to want a confirmation code to get this (look above). once confirmed your all set to do your online shopping.
