[Tutorial] How to Jailbreak I OS 5. TetheredPosted:

This is how to Jailbreak an iOS5 Device ( Not Ipad 2 or Iphone 4s)
First You want to Download Redsn0w for your Operating system
Mac : [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
PC :http://besttechinfo.com/Downloads/new-redsn0w-win/Redsn0w_0.9.9b7_For_Windows.html
1: Run Redsn0w and hit Jailbreak
Hold down the power button for 3 seconds
Continue holding the power button and start holding the home button and continue HOLDING BOTH for 10 seconds
Let go of power and continue holding home button for 20 seconds (even after it skips to the next screen!
2. Select install Cydia and any other options you want (don't press Install custom bundles)
3. Wait for you iDevice to Finish and reboot
4.Close out of Redsn0w
5. Open Redsn0w again, and go to "extras"
6. Hit Just boot, and repeat DFU mode by doing the steps in Step 1
