So i herd if you got 10th in mw2, you get a prestige token? how would they know if you were 10th, and what if i dont have mw2 anymore? do i still get the token?

its every CoD that you prestiged in, thats one token, even if you only prestiged once.

they will know your 10th as it is there game and they have this thing call modern technology

No you don't need the game to get it you just need to be prestiged at least once in that game and they know you are prestiged because they have all of you info on there servers.
