It really just depends on how many gamestops you have in the area. We have 4 Gamestops in Frisco and they are all relatively close. The largest one has a huge opening tournament and such that is why i go to the smaller one located in the mall and am out in less than 15 minutes of 12 o'clock.

I live in a town that has no game stores, so we have to go to our neighboring town, which has four stores that sell games, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Blockbuster, and Gamestop. Only Gamestop does Midnight release so everyone goes to that, my town is a population of about 3300, neighboring about 10000, other towns around add up to about 14070, so figure if everyone were to buy a game that would be 27370, but according to the people at gamestop around 1000 people preordered at the one I go to, they are expecting half of them to show up for the midnight, meaning around 250 will actually show up. So getting there early is a good thing where I live :/

Man, that really sucks. I guess I just lucked out on the fact we have so many game stores and such. 4 Gamestops, 3 targets, 3 walmarts, 0 KMarts.

i live in a relatively small place and i have asked about 400 people if they were going to the gamestop midnight release and almost every one of them said yeah
plus we only have 2 gamestops around here so this is gonna be crazy
