In total there are 174,636 different combinations of titles and emblems.

The Italian flag is backwards, The colors should go green, white and red, not red, white and green.

The Irish flag is also backwards, the colours should go green, white and orange not orange, white and green. This is actually the flag of the Ivory Coast.

Note that the titles and emblems earned from game-winning killcams also count in round winning killcams in Search and Destroy.

For the "Grim Reaper" title, one does not have to use one predator missile to get 5 kills. Instead just get 5 predator missile kills in the same round of the same match. This makes it significantly easier to get this title. This is thought to also work with the Carpet Bomb and Red Carpet challenge as well, where the player must get 5 kills with one precision airstrike and 6 kills with one stealth bomber, respectively. It is unknown if this is an intentional feature or a glitch.

The Harrier's airstrike is counted as a precision airstrike. That makes it much easier to finish the prestige Carpet Bomber challenge as well as to get the "Cluster Bomb" title, because the player needs not to start a new killstreak after having reached the Precision Airstrike.

Furthermore the "Finishing Touch" title is achievable with the Harrier's airstrike.
The title "Cloak and Dagger" refers to the real-life technique Cloak and Dagger.

The emblem achieved for completing the challenge "Dishes are Done" is a picture of a woman, possibly referencing the way some people view women as people who cook and clean. It is also interpreted as a humorous symbol of a gamer "finishing their daily household chores" prior to getting time and or permission from their "better half" to play Modern Warfare 2.

A player, known as "Robotic Willy", posted a fake viral video on YouTube explaining how to unlock the Callsign "High on Knife". This Callsign was unlocked by being killed by an enemy who threw a Throwing Knife at its highest possible arc. The video was so convincing and popular that players attempted to unlock the Callsign, with many reacting with anger after learning the Callsign was fake. The Callsign took the place of "Reversal of Fortune" in the video.

The "Angel of Death" title, awarded for calling in ten AC-130s, could refer to the well-known image of an AC-130 dropping its flares, making it look like an angel spreading its wings. Look to the emblem awarded for Game-winning kill with an AC-130 for reference. It is also possible that this title refers to Josef Mengele, the Nazi officer and physician in the Nazi concentration camp Auschwitz, during WWII.

The first column of titles available (the camouflaged ones) are out of order. S.S.D.D. should be arctic and Sgt. should be woodland, if they followed the same unlock order of weapon camouflages.

For the title called "Hard Target", one does not need to be falling or jumping, the player can simply be on the wing of the plane in Afghan, or the fence near all the military vehicles in Invasion.

The player can easily get the title "Protect and Serve" by standing in front of a sentry gun, or the player can have a teammate shoot at him/her with a MMG (mounted machine gun) in a Hardcore Team Deathmatch.

The title "All Pro" does not require 2 headshots with a single bullet. The challenge can be completed if at least one of the kills is a headshot.

For the challenge "OG" the game winning kill does not need to come from a helicopter. It can be achieved as long as the player has a helicopter in the air when they get a game winning kill. This allows 2 Finishing Move challenges to be completed at the same time.

The pig emblem achieved from completing 'Click Click Boom' is a reference to the M1 Abrams called War Pig from Call of Duty 4. This can be seen by looking closely at War Pig's tank barrel in the missions 'The Bog' and 'War Pig'. It can also be a reference to the song title by the rock group Saliva.

The emblems a player can receive for achieving "Knife Veteran IV" and "Think Fast" are the colors of the MLG (Major League Gaming). The colors are well known amongst players.

The cow getting abducted emblem is a possible reference to Cattle Mutilation and the user can complete the challenge by picking up an enemy's gun, then killing that person again with their own gun.

In Sabotage the player unlocks the title 'Intergalactic' by winning 20 sabotage games. 'Sabotage' and 'Intergalactic' are both names of songs by the Beastie Boys.

The title "Live Long..." is a reference to the character Spock from Star Trek who had the catch phrase "Live long and prosper".

That the title 9 Lives refers to the superstision that cats have 9 lives

There are 3 Seperate killstreak tiers, you have to choose which tier you want to choose youre 3 killstreaks from, but if you choose the last tier, you just get exactly what it says.

Assault Tier Killstreaks:

5 Kills IMS 3 or 4 placeable landmines that cannot be stunned or flashed

Rather than standard killstreaks for objective based games, pointstreaks will be rewarded to players who play the objective (i.e. capturing flags, defusing bombs etc.) and get kills to encourage players to play the objective rather than just get kills in objective based game types. The streaks will be awarded based on points that the payer has received.
