ok this is how my friend said he got recon i haven't verified it yet.But he wouldn't lie about this.
OK first off you CAN't of hacked your achievement for halo.
Here is what you do try to get the achievement by doing what you need. (You need vidmasters) if you cannot get them you must use profile editor do hack them BUT you need to hack them to the date you tryed to complete them. Witch mean you CANNOT hack them offline.

you can hack your vidmasters to get recon idiot i even hacked bungie armour for the heck of it so now i still have it online and offline
