i wanted to know if i pre ordered mw3 already and payed for can i pick it up at another gamestop not the one that i pre ordered it at

Nope not allowed. I wondered the same about 2-3 weeks ago.
They strictly told me that you MUST pick up the game WHERE YOU preordered the game.
