After about 5 different chats I finally got someone to ask for my email. After about 5 minutes of waiting they told me the "Codes were exhausted" and to contact them again in 3-4 days to get a new code. I also think your code is blacklisted because 2 of the advisers told me the code wasn't searchable.

Also, they will ask where you got the game. Tell them amazon or else they will tell you to go to the retailer for help.

I got this game first try I did this. Just keep trying some representatives give you the code and most don't, I just got lucky.
