so i bought a new xbox slim with a 250GB HDD and its not even a month old. everytime i put a disc in it says disc unreadable. now it wont even read the disc whenever i put it in nothing happens it just says "reading" for 5 minutes then goes back to say "open tray". is it the laser or what? its a new xbox nothing should be wrong. plz help!

Your Xbox laser Must Have Gone !
You need to send it To Microsoft (Hoping you have warrinty) Then they will Fix it !
Or you can go on youtube find a Way to open the slim and Fix it urself !
