your probably went into other Cod lobbies and get 10th before the release, or maybe your connection is not open but moderate.

It's CoD Man Lol there servers will be like this for a week or some days they are still updating check fourzerotwo's tweets.

Happened to me last night,
1. Next time it says it dont close the error message just press the guide button, sign out, then back in and try.
2. Reset router ( I know youve tried but it cant hurt )
3. Im sure it isnt your router settings so i wont babble on about changing your Upnp settings and stuff but if those dont work go on BOPS play a game, then dashboard and put in Mw3
4. If the above fail then wait till tommorow, perhaps complete the campain and then its over with ;)

I had this problem too, All I did was pulled my brother's ethernet cable out of the modem. :mrgreen:
