Okay basically i've sold my xbox 360 and i have a TV unused (Cause i don't watch TV)
And i was thinking if i could hook it up to my laptop to run it dual screens.
I've got a VGA in/out Slot on the back of my Laptop And an S-Video cable, but i've only got a Scart and a HDMI Cable on my TV.
I'm wondering if this would be possible to do and if so, what software and Hardware will i need?
Thanks

you would need a VGA to HDMI adapter to run it as a monitor but warning running a tv with a VGA cable wont give you very good resolution

Right thanks for advice, i've asked my local computer seller and he said it wouldnt be possible, but there's cables for, VGA to Scart, and VGA to HDMI, i'm just wondering if it would be from VGA to HDMI or the other way, and will it work properly.
