Why have my stats been reset?

Answer
If for some reason your stats or rank information becomes corrupted, the Modern Warfare 3 servers will restore them using a previously stored backup. This means that your rank or stats may not be exactly where you were before the reset occurred. Activision Customer Support will not be able to restore your rank or stats beyond what has already been restored by the automated process. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I didn't dashboard, as stated I had a power cut...

same here i went down 10 lvls from 50 to 40 and lost my gold gun but it put my tokens back. i think it happend when i lagged out of a game when i tried to make a new host but failed and i have also been on 1 bar all night

has this been confirmed by multiple people? and what do you mean by dashboarding and disconnecting? like being sent out of the game to the dashboard? and disconnecting from a multiplayer match?

yeah having your xbox turned off abruptly has a similar effect to dashboarding. I'm sorry to hear about that bro now you'll just have to play more

How old are you? You dont know simple math..

This sucks, that's really bad... They best fix this, sadly I doubt it's possible to reinstate ranks.

The only positive is that I have a higher K/D, interestingly my leaderboards didn't change.
