Just play the game regularly and ALWAYS have some proof. If you just play the game normal, nothing should happen. But if you want to take chances take a pic or a vid of your rank and stats and IF you happen to get deranked, send it to Infinity Ward or a company. They need to fix this so we dont need to do any of this stuff.
