Raoul Moat was released from jail almost 1 week ago, 1 day after being released he went to his ex-girlfriends house and shot her, not killing here after shooting her he shot her boyfriend killing him and while escaping from the scene shot a police man on patrol injuring him.

Earlier this week police have reason to believe he has not left the area and he has made threats towards police and now MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC, everyone in that village was on lockdown which means they were all kept indoors, children were not aloud to leave there school.

Police have found a tent and sleeping bag which they believe belongs to Rauol Moat, alot more troops have been called in to help with this investigation now there are over 200 police all armourd with weapons including MP5's

For now all civilians are advised to stay indoors and keep window's and door's locked.

Ministry of defence have called in the SAS and Air Support in search for Rauol Moat

3 Phones have been found, which are beleived to have been used by Rauol moat, 1 of them found at the scene were he shot his ex-girlfriend.

2 People, a man and a woman have been arrested for allegedly helping Rauol moat avoid the law, and another 2 were arrested for conspiracy to commit murder and posesion of a fire-arm

Rauol Moat has been found, he has been cornerd but police cannot move in because he has a shotgun held to his head and police even Paul Gascoine!(Allegedly A Friend) are in talks with him trying to get him to put the gun down
