Looking for some help, my friend's got some content we'd like to transfer from his account to mine so I can use it, how can I do this? Do I re download it then transfer licenses or do i transfer licenses then re download?

Go to Account Management on the persons account you want the dlc from. Make sure his account is on your hard drive. Then it should say license transfer in the bottom and then press a, then start downloading.
