Organized Cheating, Boosting in no way should be called gaming. You sit in a corner and shoot the same person and never move.

How would you sue them anyway? Would you say "They banned me on Xbox"?

Pretty sure you can't sue them for that.

That is not organized gaming, stop saying that. Its blatant exploitation of their game. They are using the game for uses not intended by the developer. Organized gaming would be something like private matches or GB matches. And that case would NEVER make it to court.

Sorry many of my friends are below 200 and they have yet to be banned. I'm around 900 in the world. No ban.
