This post is regarding the random MW3 updates some Xbox LIVE users are receiving

There has been a random Modern Warfare 3 game update going around. People are getting randomly disconnected from Xbox LIVE, and when trying to sign back in, are prompted a Modern Warfare 3 update. Random people are getting this at random times. For example, I just got the update, and so did 3 of my other mates, but the rest of my mates didn't get it.

This update is causing connection problems between the people who have the update and who don't.

Currently, there are no fixes for getting the update right away. Going to the dashboard or shutting your system off will NOT give you the update. I am unsure what this update was for, but it has been going around to certain people.

clear system cache....update will appear when opening mw3...problem solved

I got the update to wen i got disconneted i thought i got banned and im like WTF!!! but it was just an update :p
