Btw what can i use for color tag? Programs aren't working too well for me.

Nope. not when it constantly says, "there was an error in the connection between the Xbox LIVE servers" or "The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 servers are currently unavailable, for more information please go to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] "!

It is peer-to-peer on the backend, but all games are registered in an Xbox Live database. Essentially, Xbox Live looks at their list when you want to play and finds a player-hosted game that you can connect to, then throws you to them.

and there still has to be the main server feeding the whole game but then the connection of the game is depended on whomever the server of the game, which was having issues, sees fit for the title of host. This makes it so there's better connection all the time unless the main server is having trouble, while games like BF3 and Homefront are kinda **** when too many people log on too their servers.
