can i speed it up without paying for a new computer my CPU Speed is Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU E1400 @ 2.00GHz

Yes, there is only one way - overclocking - overclocking means getting more juice out of your CPU/GPU by adjusting clock speeds and voltages via your BIOS. But it's not that easy, how far of an overclock you'll get will vary upon many things. Basically, if you're trying to overclock a CPU that's in some generic home PC, chances are something is going to blow. Your safest bet would be to save up for a more up-to-date PC. Also, why do you want to overclock it? Is it bottle-necking you in games or programs?

...You can't overclock your CPU in MSI afterburner. It only works with video cards. If you don't know what you're doing, you can seriously destroy your computer entirely.

Basically what Generation said. And if its a PC bought from Dell, Packard Bell etc, you won't be able to O/C, not in BIOS anyway.......
