I can't sign into my account on my Atrix 2, on the default browser.
It's says "Sorry, but the administrator has blocked access from proxies. Other causes of this error include using an intranet(school connections), a cell phone or using a browser that does not support compression or does not accept encoding."
Is this a different way that I can sign into my account with my phone? BTW my old android phone let me sign into TTG.

no, its the type of browser version you are using.
and because the phone is using a changing I.P, it is not allowed on this site.
my iphone on the other hand, has one IP, and can sign on.
hope this helped you.
and to solve this problem, maybe try a different browser, and call support and tell them about it, and see if they can help ok?

No need for a new browser, when your on Wi-Fi, sign into TTG then, a place such as your house for example. Now, if you let your phone remember to keep you signed in, you will be automatically logged into the site regardless if your using 3G/4G.

Opera is the only one I can sign into TTG on and it's one of the best browsers imo. Very clean UI and fast.
