No we weren't we found this in previous Call of Duty's and it was patched in those.

IW has stated many times they will not patch anything that doesn't affect ranks, etc.


It affects nobody, it just looks cool. The last thing IW wants to do is fork over more money to fix a small thing like that. There spending enough on patching COD 4, which is ridiculously expensive due to the fact that it is 4+ years old.
