Here is a helpful tutorial on How to Rank up Fast in MW3

Perks:
[align=center]Extreme Conditioning, Hardline and Steady Aim.


Strategy:
You will need the Specialist Strike Package. Once you've done that go into a Ground War match(The more enemies the better.) You get Double the XP for every time you get the perk.It's most helpful to buy Double XP from the Prestige Shop so you get twice as much.


Once you done that you should start leveling up easier and faster. Hope this helped.

I think it's still helpful if you don't have any left. It's like double xp but if you buy it from the prestige shop and then do it it's like quad XP.
