Yes you can do it online with friends and you you need to be host.

I am in the UK so it is PAL, but it work's on NTSC to because my friend's tested it from the US.

your svg doesn't work on French console ... i need to make a french mod ? right ?

And a last question : Why Blackops save editor pop that message : failed to parse segemnt 2 . The other tabs will be unavailable .

I'm not sure, i'm not the creator of the editor. If you upload your SVG and send me the link i can mod it for you and send it back.

I resume the campain mesage eror my friend invite me i wait 3 minute he back i invite my friend and in the parti mods dont work :'(
