I recently used the Xbox Chat Support and I asked questions regarding Call of Duty:Elite age restrictions.
and asked if they were going to lower the age to be able to use the app on the Xbox and here is the response.

Xbox Support Chat Conversation:
What it basically says is that the app on the Xbox is suppoesed to be one way but it is not and that they are working to lower the age limit on it but Activision has not given a ETA on when it will be updated.
Also the question were regarding the Xbox Version and not the Website version so dont get confused.
Below is the Activision chat.

To all the people who say pwople under 18 shouldn't be playing COD because they are to young imagine if you didnt fake your age and told the truth and you paid for something but you could use it because you were to young.
Im also sure alot of people who play complain about kids now were not old enough to legally buy COD4 when it came out and was one of those kids they complain about now back then.
So please just think and be respectful to other gamers.

so are they making it so that you have to be 17 to join elite or a few years younger than 17?

I don't really have a problem with younger kids playing M only games, since they can buy them with parental consent (which I do believe is stupid anyway. Damn ESRB.) Any how, they get a bad rep because most are known for notorious trash talking and excessive use of the terms 'gay', '***' and 'your mom'. There are exceptions though.

I have to agree with Davoony
i dont have a problem at all playing with people my age. But i HATE THOSE little 9 year olds thinking theyre so bad.a.s.s screaming " YOUR MOM THIS, YOU SUCK THIS, BLABLABLA"
Its anoying!

im 14, almost 15, and i cant use elite yet on xbox. like poeple say i could pass for 18 being im 6 feet tall and 185 pounds, and my voice is very deep. i agree 100% about the annoying little kids always screaming and yelling. im glad that the little kids will be out, but i hope i can still use it
