Can i run games of a 1tb external Hard drive? Because i only 28.7gb left and i need more hard drive space please let me know thankss!

It will be fine. You misunderstood what I said - I said the game will load slower ( I.E take longer to open the game or load maps ). It'll only be laggy if your system isn't up to par.
