It won't work like that because that's an image off of your computer's hardrive.

The image has to be uploaded to flickr, photobucket, or tinypic, some kind of site like that, and then do the code I showed you.

Just go to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and make an account, after you make an account and are signed in, click on upload photos and then get the URL from the image.
