i open my save that has 6 speed in it and it shows a 1 speed defult for everything so um no this wont work

I dont think the dvars reset im almost sure they dont.

You obviously know nothing about programming. Just because the editor doesn't automatically read what settings you have, you claim it as "broken." Have you tried editing a file? I doubt you have, but if you did then you would notice that this program does, in fact edit the file to the options you selected. So, Um. Yes, This program does work.
