From what Mw3 have said on twitter you will not get your rank back, it your problem not there's. You should not dashboard game or leave games then dashboard. you have to go back to the main menu then dashboard. the reason for this is due to "JTAGS" on Mw2 and they do not want the same thing happening again, also to stop messing up the configs on the patch files.

Still, if you lag out of gamesit comes up with "Timed out" which They fixed in the first update on the game. so you must be doing something wrong for it to happen.

Well the matter of the fact is, you have made this problem happen for yourselves from hacking Mw2 to crap so at the end of the day. There getting payback for **** up one of there games.
