It is on Wii, Because Modded Wii's are ONLINE. All you have to do is Modify the XP Per Kill on any gametype gsc and wala. You get XP Lobbies

I'd be happy to give you actual proof by inviting you to a game

I also forgot to add that the MW3 Wii ISO is NOT encrypted, its not even compressed! Imagine it like how CoD4 was for the Xbox
