1. Yes, we just spoke.
2. Absolutely. We will of course ALWAYS stand behind our products and support our customers.

The logistics and inherent issues make shipping outside North America too difficult. Particularly when there's someone like XenonJTAG in Europe. I spoke with him at length the other day. He's a very knowledgeable and cool person and I would recommend him quite highly to anyone in the EU!
