Please help me, person with the answer gets rep.
I cannot add people, cannot accept friend requests, cant send invites, cant accept them.
I have signed out, turned my xbox off, and recovered my account. doesnt work

go to xbox.com and sign in into your acc and try to do thing you cant do... if it dont work then call microsoft

Just restart your xbox.
If this doesn't work, send a message to someone on another account.
Then try sending a message to someone on your main account.
Fixed this problem for me last time it happened.

Restart your router. It's connection issues sometime.

Try turning your xbox 360 console and turn it back on. Might work

Simples Turn Your Xbox Off For 30Mins Then Turn It Back On It Happens To Me About 3-4 Times A Week
