After you press "Send to Game"
Go on MW3
If you were already on it, Dashboard and go back on MW3
Go to Multiplayer and go to where you can create classes/find games
Wait for the prompt
I have the same problem im in Mw3 i send changes i dashboard i go back to mw3 multiplayer and wait for the prompt but nothing
Try re-linking your xbox live account.
Now it says Throttled!
