You can't. The only way to get a new name is to purchase gold.

Also, you're allowed to have two accounts. It's not good too have multiple accounts but it's not against the rules. If one gets banned, the other will also be banned for ban evading.

If you want a different name, you can buy Gold membership which lets you change your name once a month of the gold subscription.

If you want your account deactivated, i think you have to contact one of the administrators, but i dont think they'll allow you just so you can make a new account though.

Just make a new account, you can't deactivate it but you can become gold and change your name.
