Ehh... I still believe it would have the same problems as Alcohol... We would have people driving while High and stuff like that... So basically it would be a new alcohol..

if it was legal, they most likely wouldn't let people grow. Growing would be done by large corporations, and it wouldn't be possible to obtain seeds without buying them "illegally"
